Reading:

The district’s reading performance level, based upon students currently achieving at the advanced or accelerated level, and measured by the OAA and OGT, will increase to 56.1% for the 2012-2013 test administration. Students with disabilities (SWD) will close the achievement gap to 23.1% advanced or accelerated for the 2012-2013 test administration. Performance measure will be adjusted each year through the review of the decision framework.

Mathematics:

The district’s math performance level, based upon students currently achieving at the advanced or accelerated level, and measured by the OAA and OGT, will increase to 59.9% for the 2012-2013 test administration. Students with disabilities (SWD) will close the achievement gap to 22.3% advanced or accelerated for the 2012-2013 test administration. Performance measure will be adjusted each year through the review of the decision framework.

Graduation Rate:

The district’s graduation rate for the class of 2012 will increase to 96% and to 100% for the class of 2013 and beyond.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a valid K-12 Mild/Moderate/lntensive Intervention Specialist License Must have HOT in Reading and Math.

Preference will be given to candidates who have HOT status in all core areas (English, Science, Math, Social Studies)

Must have experience with progress reporting using data collection. Demonstrated knowledge of formative and summative assessment practices Demonstrated knowledge of writing IEPs

Experience using Positive Behavior Intervention Supports "PBIS" Demonstrated knowledge of Common Core/Ohio Academic Content Standards

Demonstrated knowledge of Ohio Statewide Testing (Le. OM, OGT, and Alternate Assessment)

Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with regular ed teachers to support their efforts to provide classroom accommodations/modifications

Must have a current BCI and FBI check (fingerprinting) before starting date Must have a current TB affidavit before starting date

Must have Bloodborne Pathogens training before starting date

Must have current application, original current certificate, original transcripts and references on file in board office before starting date
